Precor C764 what i find great about the pre core is it does not build up the hips on a women..as does a stair climber. i have been in the health club business since 1978 and so far ......its the best. to add another bonus there are no pressures on any of your joints..so for those runners who are told to stick to the bike because of a knee problem they are able to use the pre core, any age person can use it , unlike the stair climber.....i find it challenging and yet do.. able . physical therapists will soon be using the pre core....its excellent for slowly bringing problem areas back to health. for a home it is able to fit in a room, it is the same size as a stair climber. ....a little bit more masculine i,d say. plus not to mention all the fat you will burn, strengthen the heart and last but not least toning the buttocks, quads and hamstrings.
