This newly designed console offers many challenging and motivating options including a Heart Rate Control program, which allows you to specify a target heart rate for your workout, custom programs and speed percentage programs allow you to input a maximum speed and have the program customized to your fitness level for each program segment. The NTR 800 also features an innovative fiber-optic message center, which keeps you updated on critical workout data, helping to inform and motivate you throughout your workout. A built-in reading rack and water bottle holder add to the machine’s user-friendly design, and with the ReACT absorption control deck, your workouts will be as comfortable as they are effective.
