Description   CV-FMR FM Radio Receiver Operation Manual The CardioVision FM receiver is compatible with any FM transmitter and features the ability to program up to 20 presets which can be scanned like a car radio. When selecting presets they will be seen as a channel number rather than an FM frequency. The user may also listen to existing local radio stations, if the signal can be received inside your facility. PROGRAMMING THE PRESET STATIONS – for convenience perform this step prior to mounting the receiver 1. To activate the programming mode hold the volume up and down buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds, the right most and left most decimal points will be illuminated indicating the unit is in programming mode. 2. Select the frequency by pressing the channel up/down buttons. 3. Press the volume up/down buttons to select the desired preset number between 1-20 4. Press the Preset button to save the frequency at the desired channel number. 5. Repeat steps 2-4 till all desired presets have been programmed 6. When all the FM stations have been programmed, unplug the receiver and plug it back in to return to normal user mode. DELETING A PRESET STATION 1. To delete a preset station, activate the programming mode by holding the volume up/down keys till the programming decimals are illuminated. 2. Press the volume up/down to select the desired preset number. 3. Press the MUTE button to erase the preset station. 4. Unplug the receiver and plug it back in to return to normal user mode. POWERING THE RECEIVER The fm receiver can be powered either via a C-Safe cable or a 9 volt AC adapter – a standard 110AC outlet is required near the cardio piece for the AC adapter. MOUNTING THE RECEIVER The CardioVision FM receiver is designed to be compatible with all makes and models of cardio equipment, place 2 nylon cable ties through the appropriate holes in the mounting bracket on the underside of the FMR, pull the wire ties tightly around the bar so that the receiver does not rotate.
